Assistant Site Manager

We are seeking to appoint an experienced Assistant Site Manager for our client to cover their residential development in Horncastle starting on Tuesday 1st September up to and including Monday 7th September.
We are seeking a motivated, driven and hungry Assistant Site Manager who can come in and make a difference and help push on a large fast moving new build housing development working alongside the Site Manager.
The successful candidates will be responsible for day to day site activities, controlling sub contractors and ensuring that material supplies are available. Key responsibilities are meeting deadlines and making sure that quality standards remain high whilst keeping the health, safety and welfare of the site workforce a top priority.The successful applicant must have excellent management skills, with a thorough knowledge of both traditional and timber frame construction combined with a comprehensive health and safety understanding.
You will have a track record of effectively managing (or assisting with the management of) residential developments, and producing high quality new homes on programme,
