Quantity Surveyor
greater manchester | Permanent, full-time| £20,000 - £30,000 per annum
Opportunity to join a global property & construction consultancy in central Manchester.
You will support senior team members in the delivery of high quality cost and procurement consultancy for external clients. It will progressively see the successful candidate taking increasing ownership of pre and post contract project service delivery to produce positive outcomes for our clients. Our projects include new build commercial and residential developments for major property developers, refurbishment of the historic Parliamentary Estate and fit out of commercial office space.
On offer is a structured APC training programme to help you attain chartered status.
To be considered for this role you must hold a RICS accredited degree, and demonstrate a real passion for the industry backed up with some relevant industry experience.
