My client are a successful modular build construction company based in Yorkshire and are a market leader in their field and they operate across multiple sectors including Retail, Commercial and Education. They have built their reputation on strong relationships with their clients and because of these relationships they have cemented their place in the market.
They are actively looking to appoint a Quantity Surveyor to join their successful team and report into their Commercial Manager.
You must have experience of working on New Build Construction projects across multiple sectors including Industrial, Commercial and Education and be working for a Traditional Contractor or a Modular Contractor. You must be able to demonstrate knowledge and have a proven track record in new build construction projects and be able to deliver multiple projects simultaneously. You will be responsible for working on secured tendered projects to the value of £10M. You will be responsible for Sub contract procurement and CVR and commercial risk management from inception to completion.
