My client has built up an excellent reputation as fit out and refurbishment specialists. Their hard working and delivery focused commitment to client satisfaction over the years has ensured their success. They operate nationwide from multiple offices throughout the UK. Whilst they form part of a larger group of companies they are able to undertake projects and secure business through their own endeavours. They operate across multiple areas of construction including new build and fit out.

As the Bids Co-ordinator you will ensure that due process is followed on all frameworks and invitations to tender on office fitout projects of up to £10m.

You will coordinate the tender preparation documents submitted by other departments, making sure that they address the clients requirements as such previous experience in the preparation of commercial documents and technical information is required.

• Assisting preparation of tender submissions and contract documents for financial and commercial presentation

• Researching Best Practice, latest guidance, standards and current legislation relevant to specific tender responses.

• Referencing relevant company policies and processes to support successful tender responses, or contract awards.

• Highlighting any required updates of how company policy based on contract expectation.

• Seeking feedback, involvement and engagement of relevant team members to tailor our response.

• Editing response documentation in keeping with Tender requirements.

• Any other tasks the Team Manager sees fit within keeping of the business.

• Excellent analytical skills are essential, as are numeracy, literacy and communication skills in English
