Fit Out Project Manager - Riyadh

My client is a major Fit-Out contractor in the GCC currently delivering a number of exciting Commercial interior projects across Saudi Arabia.
As part of their continued development and urgent requirements, they are urgently looking to appoint a number of fit-out specialists across their various offices in the kingdom.
Their most pressing requirement is for a Fit-Out Project Manager to take the operational lead on the delivery of several projects in Riyadh. Applicants must have previous experience of working in a fast track environment and have a proven track record of delivery within a similar role. Applicants must also be aggressive in their approach and be able to handle multiple projects at one time.

Key Activities (Not limited to):
- Coordinate activities, resources, equipment and information
- Liaise with clients to identify and define project requirements, scope and objectives
- Make certain that clients’ needs are met as the project evolves
- Help prepare project proposals, timeframes, schedule and budget
- Monitor and track project’s progress and handle any issues that arise
- Act as the point of contact and communicate project status adequately to all participants
- Use project management tools to monitor working hours, budget, plans and money spend
- Must have a minimum of 7 years’ experience
- Fit-Out contracting experience is critical
- Commercial Fit-Out experience is advantageous
- Proficient in English
- Lead a team of multi-cultural staff
- Must possess good communication and leadership skills
