Experts2care are looking to recruit a nurse qualified Registered Home Manager in Sheffield to work in a large, elderly nursing, dementia and residential service.
We are looking for an experienced Home Manager who can develop and sustain the home alongside actively leading and supporting the team to deliver the highest standards of care. This role requires a positive person with strong leadership abilities, strong values about quality care provision and experience of creating a positive culture enabling the delivery of first-class nursing, residential and dementia care.
What you'll bring::
• Nursing pin no. (RGN/RMN) with solid experience managing a 60+ bed elderly nursing and dementia home.
• You will possess excellent skills in leading and managing teams within a Person-centred Care environment.
• Strong operational background with a proven track record of managing ‘Good’ rated homes.
• Possess a minimum of NVQ Level 5
• Excellent people skills with the ability to motivate and develop teams
