Experts2care are working with an impressive specialist elderly Nursing Home in the Huntingdon area This exciting role would suit an experienced Nursing Home Manager who is business savvy and good at increasing occupancy and further develop the home.

What you'll do:
You will be responsible for all aspects of running the home and provide an innovative, active, and progressive care service, utilising best practice guidelines , while ensuring residents safety and welfare is of paramount importance at all times.
You will manage the Home in accordance with policies and legislative requirements to agreed budgets and provide a caring environment that meets the individual needs of residents.
You will head up a large team of staff and take responsibility for the wellbeing of all residents, the quality of the service and financial performance of the home.
You will work closely with multi-disciplinary teams to ensure the home remains fully compliant and provides the best quality care.
What you'll bring:
Strong, clear leadership skills and people management experience are essential. Previous, recent experience as a Home Manager within a Nursing Home and good networking and interpersonal skills. A good understanding and experience of CQC and CHC standards and the ability to manage external agencies is very important. Assertive and motivated approach. Ideally you will have a nursing qualification and PIN.
