Salary - c £45K per annum
Would you like to work for a private caring care home provider with a happy care home in the Great Yarmouth area? This opportunity would suit an experienced Home Manager who has managed elderly care homes previously. The home would benefit from a proactive Manager who will continue to develop the CQC rating and motivate and nurture the established team.

What you'll do as Home Manager: Be responsible for the safe, happy, efficient and cost effective day to day running of the Home, Leading the Home’s operations and activities according to its registration status and conditions, in compliance with legal requirements to achieve the best possible outcomes for residents, Developing, promoting and maintaining high standards of care and services, where residents are safe and well protected at all times, Developing, implementing and maintaining the systems and structures needed to run the Home in the interests of residents, Driving the commercial health of the Home, developing and managing effectively and efficiently the financial, human and material resources, Proudly champion the Home, promoting and marketing its calibre of care, Inspiring leadership and motivation of the staff team, driving a positive culture where individuals are supported to achieve their best.
What you'll bring: Proven track record as a Registered/Home Manager in a CQC-regulated setting, Strong history of good or improving CQC outcomes, Strong experience in building and maintaining occupancy, including liaising with local authorities, hospitals, and community referrers, Experience leading a multi-disciplinary team, Excellent people management, budgeting, and safeguarding skills, Good networking and interpersonal skills along with a highly customer focused approach, Business and commercially focused attitude, Good understanding and experience of CQC and CHC standards, Assertive, proactive, energetic, motivated and positive approach along with exceptional organisation skills. Computerised systems experience.
