We work closely with retailers to drive visibility, understanding, and sell-through at store level, while maintaining high standards of compliance and professionalism across the UK market.
Role Overview
The CAM role is a field-based position focused primarily on brand activation, consumer engagement, and driving sell-through activity within the vape industry. The role combines brand representation with retail support responsibilities across independent vape stores, wholesalers, and regional chains.
Key Responsibilities
Responsibilities include:
Educating retailers and store staff on products, compliance, and key selling points
Supporting new product launches and promotions
Driving product penetration, visibility, and shelf presence
Providing merchandising, POS, and staff training support
Conducting regular retailer visits in line with agreed coverage plans
Gathering market intelligence and retailer feedback
Supporting trade shows, expos, and industry events where required
In-store sampling and direct consumer engagement/selling activity during activation days
The role will focus primarily on driving vape device sales and supporting new product launches through retail engagement, brand activation, and consumer interaction activity.

Working Hours & Flexibility
Working hours are Monday–Friday, 9:00am–5:00pm. Flexibility is required due to the field-based nature of the role, including occasional early starts, late finishes, launches, events, and travel requirements.
Additional hours will be planned in advance where possible and managed responsibly.
Skills & Experience
Previous experience in vape, tobacco, FMCG, or field sales preferred but not essential
Understanding of the UK retail and wholesale sector, including retail execution and field-based sales activity
Strong knowledge of the UK vape market, including TPD regulations and post-disposable trends
Confident communicator with strong relationship-building and negotiation skills
Comfortable working independently as a lone field worker, while collaborating effectively within a wider team
Proven ability to work to KPIs and performance targets, with strong organisation and time management
Self-motivated, reliable, and full of energy
Willing and able to travel nationwide when required
Full UK driving licence essential
Additional languages advantageous but not essential
KPIs
Current KPI expectations include:
12 store visits per day
Product range penetration per store
Successful execution of new SKU launches
Quality and consistency of retail relationships and brand presence
Accurate CRM reporting and activity tracking
