About our Client 
Our client is a leading marketing agency who work with world class brands across the drinks, tobacco & FMCG industry 

Key Responsibilities:
Retailer Relationship Management
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with specialist vape store owners, managers, and staff to secure distribution, visibility, and advocacy for the product portfolio.
  • Autonomy and responsibility for building a strategic call file for your region and ensuring regular callage to drive sales
  • Prospect and create strategic regional call files in vape stores to engage and excite retailers in the Aspire product portfolio.
  • Support the retailers with education and information on the products and the latest industry information
  • Creating advocates of Aspire in each of the outlets who will promote the Aspire products with Brand activation – staff training, sampling, and possible customer events
Sales Performance
  • Sell in NPD into stores
  • Support stores not just with selling the product but help them with the sellout plan with Execution of trade and marketing initiatives such as: POS placement, merchandising standards, and new product launches in line with brand guidelines.

Market and Competitor Insight
  • Monitor category trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback, providing timely insights to inform commercial and marketing strategies.
  • Completing feedback of every call using the given reporting procedure & maintaining up to date records
  • Gather industry knowledge and use learning to develop key relationships and promote customer and Field Sales Solutions profile within channel.

Essential Skills

  • Experience and knowledge of the vape category and ideally the vape store retail environment – understand how independent retail works, thinks, and can influence key decision makers in a competitive and crowded space.
  • Communication skills: You must be able to communicate with clients of all backgrounds and educational levels. Well-developed written and verbal communication skills are must-haves
  • Organisational skills: You are highly organised
  • Time-management skills: You understand how to prioritise time.
  • Technical and computer skills: You have basic technical and computer skills, including the use of spreadsheets.
  • Influencing skills: you are someone who can influence decisions such as increasing range of SKUs stocked, purchasing stock, & creating brand advocates in store
Essential Criteria:

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills - needed for communicating with a range of people, both internally and externally

  • Positive and flexible attitude
  • At least 2-years’ experience working in a retail, customer facing or field sales / business development role
  • A full Clean UK driving license
