As our client continues to grow, we are looking for a passionate and results-driven Regional Manager to lead our team of 5 Brand Ambassadors across the region. Role Overview 🎯:
As the Regional Manager, you will oversee the day-to-day operations within your designated region, managing a team of Brand Ambassadors. You will work closely with internal and external stakeholders to drive brand awareness, achieve sales targets, and maximize regional performance.

Key Responsibilities 🔑:
Team Leadership & Management 👥
  • Lead, inspire, and motivate a team of 5 Brand Ambassadors to achieve high levels of performance.
  • Set clear goals and objectives, conducting regular performance evaluations and providing constructive feedback.
  • Organize training sessions and ongoing development for team members to ensure product knowledge and brand alignment.
Sales & Performance Management 📈
  • Develop and implement regional sales strategies that align with national sales objectives.
  • Monitor performance against KPIs to ensure sales targets are met or exceeded.
  • Collaborate with the National Sales Manager to roll out promotional campaigns and increase market share.
Brand Representation & Market Penetration 🌍
  • Act as the brand ambassador for the company within your region, fostering strong relationships with retailers and distributors.
  • Conduct regular market visits and store checks to assess brand presence and identify areas for improvement.
Reporting & Analytics 📊
  • Track sales data, market trends, and competitor activities, and translate these into actionable strategies.
  • Prepare regular performance reports, providing insights and recommendations to senior management.
Compliance & Legal Adherence ⚖️
  • Ensure all activities follow local laws, industry regulations, and company policies regarding the marketing and sale of vape products.
  • Promote ethical standards and compliance across the team.

Key Skills & Qualifications 🧠:
Experience 📅
  • 5+ years in sales, brand management, or FMCG, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
  • Previous experience in the vape industry or FMCG sector preferred.
  • Proven track record of managing and leading a sales team to achieve targets.
Skills 💡
  • Strong leadership and people management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Highly analytical with the ability to assess data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Familiarity with strategic planning, market analysis, and performance reporting.
Education 🎓
  • Passion for the vaping industry and a solid understanding of market trends.
  • Ability to travel within the region as required.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools.
