The Role:
We are seeking a motivated and proactive International Account Manager to manage and grow our global customer base. This role will involve developing new business opportunities, supporting existing clients, and expanding our presence in international markets.
Key Responsibilities:
Account Management:
- Manage active ordering accounts, ensuring smooth operations and a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Grow existing accounts by introducing new products we manufacture and identifying opportunities to expand sales.
- Provide personal support to distributors to help them grow our brands in their markets.
- Identify and target new business opportunities in international markets.
- Develop and implement strategies to introduce our brands into new regions.
- Build strong relationships with new distributors, focusing on long-term collaboration.
- Work closely with distributors to explore marketing opportunities, including campaigns, promotions, and product launches.
- Align marketing strategies with distributors to ensure the effective promotion of our products.
- Analyse and evaluate potential markets for growth.
- Focus on building the presence of Juice Sauz brands in key international territories.
- Represent Juice Sauz at international trade shows and industry events, building relationships and promoting the brand.
- Use CRM software to manage customer data, track sales, and monitor performance.
- Process orders efficiently using the company’s order systems.
- Provide regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and business development activities to senior management.
- Passport: A valid passport and willingness to travel internationally.
- Language Skills: Proficiency in another language is preferred but not essential.
- Driving Licence: A valid UK driving licence is required.
- Industry Experience: Experience in the vaping industry is highly desirable.
- CRM Experience: Experience with CRM systems for managing client relationships is essential.
- Order Systems: Familiarity with order processing systems is required.
- Trade Shows: Previous experience attending trade shows is preferred.
