Successful candidates will typically be embedded directly within the client team, providing commercial and cost management expertise on some of the largest and most technically demanding construction programmes in the market.

With salaries ranging from $120,000 to $160,000 depending on seniority, experience and project background, these opportunities can accommodate experienced Cost Managers through to established Senior Cost Managers / Senior Quantity Surveyors.

It is an opportunity to establish or accelerate a career within the data center sector, working alongside major clients on large-scale, long-term programmes with significant pipelines of future work. For ambitious cost professionals, the continued growth of the data center market provides significant opportunities for accelerated career progression, increased responsibility and exposure to major projects and clients.

  • Attend and lead commercial and project meetings where required
  • Manage multiple workstreams within fast-moving construction programmes
  • Provide clear commercial recommendations to clients and senior stakeholders
  • Maintain high standards of cost control, reporting and project governance
  • At Senior Cost Manager / Senior Quantity Surveyor level, candidates will be expected to take greater ownership of project delivery, manage key client relationships, provide senior commercial advice and support the development of junior members of the cost management team.
