An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Commercial Litigation Solicitor to join a well-established and highly regarded law firm, with positions available in either Bristol or Taunton.
The role will have a particular focus on agricultural and rural disputes, reflecting the firm's strong local client base and established reputation in this sector. However, the work will not be exclusively agricultural, with a broader range of commercial litigation matters also forming part of the caseload.
The successful candidate will join an established team, advising a varied client base on a range of contentious matters. There is also scope to become involved with, or work more closely alongside, the wider Bristol team.

- Be a qualified Solicitor with experience in Commercial Litigation.
- Have experience handling a varied contentious caseload.
- Ideally have an interest in, or exposure to, agricultural and rural disputes.
- Be confident managing client relationships and handling matters independently.
- Have strong communication, analytical and commercial skills.
- Opportunity to join a highly regarded and established law firm.
- Varied commercial litigation work with a particular agricultural focus.
- Exposure to a strong and established local client base.
- Opportunity to work alongside and contribute to the wider Bristol team.
- Flexibility around location, with opportunities in both Bristol and Taunton.
- Location: Candidates can be based in either Taunton or Bristol. Those looking to work more closely with or become part of the wider Bristol team would ideally be Bristol-based.
