Industrial Door Engineer

I’m recruiting for an experienced Industrial Door Engineer to join a well-established industrial doors company. This is a field-based role, you will be confident working on-site, fault-finding under pressure, and dealing directly with customers.  With the requirement to work on a wide range of industrial door systems, carrying out installations, servicing, repairs, and emergency breakdowns.

Salary: £45,000 - £60,000 (DOE) 

The Role:

·       Install, service, maintain & repair industrial doors
·       Fault-find mechanical & electrical systems
·       Respond to breakdowns & emergency call-outs
·       Work directly with customers on-site


The Requirements:

·       Proven industrial door experience
·       Strong mechanical & electrical knowledge
·       Full UK driving licence
·       Reliable, self-motivated & customer-focused


Desired Qualifications:

·       NVQ / City & Guilds in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
·       IPAF, CSCS certification, FLT licence
·       Experience with access control and/or loading bay equipment
