Independent Financial Adviser, £70,000 plus bonuses, Lymm
This one is very different to the norm nowadays. You'll have your own office, clients to support, and the time you need to ensure that all are well looked after and that their individual needs are considered in every piece of advice you give.
You'll also benefit from a real collaborative approach. The Advisers all pull together to share ideas and complement each other's strengths, which demonstrates to clients that the business really do have their best interests at heart.
If you like volume-based Adviser positions, or if earning 'x' on new business and ongoing is important, then this isn't the one for you.
But if you genuinely love being a Financial Adviser, giving bespoke advice and really looking after people, then it could be perfect!
