The role
Working closely with IFAs, you’ll ensure clients receive the best possible advice and service. Responsibilities include:
- Conducting whole-of-market research and reviewing client products/investments
- Preparing suitability reports, recommendation letters, and application documents
- Supporting advisers with client reviews, cashflow forecasts, and risk assessments
- Submitting applications and resolving issues promptly
- Maintaining accurate client records on CRM systems
- Providing pre and post advice administrative support and contributing to process improvements
The person:
- Experience supporting financial advisers is essential and the business will develop research, analytical and report writing skills.
- Strong attention to detail, confident communication, and the ability to manage workloads independently are essential.
- Good IT knowledge (Word, Excel, CRM systems) required, with a proactive, solutions-focused attitude
- Level 4 is not required but will be supported
