Marketing Coordinator

We’re looking for a creative, design-minded Marketing Coordinator for our client in Peterhead. This is a full time office based role and no hybrid work is available. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on design skills and a fresh, adaptable approach to brand presentation.

We are particularly interested in candidates with experience in a consumer-facing brand, product-led business, retail environment or similar. The right person will be practical, proactive and eager to learn, with a willingness to get involved.

Candidates should be confident using Adobe Creative Cloud and able to create engaging graphics, digital assets, flyers, literature, exhibition materials and customer communications that are clear, polished and on brand.

Main Responsibilities:

• Create clear, engaging marketing materials for digital, print and customer communications.
• Design flyers, product literature, exhibition graphics and sales support materials.
• Keep website content accurate, up to date and visually consistent.
• Support website design improvements to improve customer engagement and user experience.
• Create and send customer e-blasts for product, brand and business updates.
• Write and edit simple, effective marketing copy.
• Support the planning and preparation of exhibitions and trade shows.
• Help produce photography and videography content for brand, product and marketing use.

Attributes and Competencies:

• Strong graphic, digital and literature design skills, confidence using Adobe Creative Cloud.
• Experience working with a consumer brand, product-led business, retail brand or lifestyle company.
• Attention to detail, layout and brand presentation.
• Comfortable creating materials across websites, e-blasts, print, literature and exhibitions.
• Experience with photography and videography for brand, product or marketing content.
• Able to write clear, simple and engaging marketing copy.
• Organised, proactive and able to manage several projects and deadlines at once.
• Curious, hands-on and a strong team player who communicates well across departments.
