Junior Product & Packaging Designer

We are delighted to be assisting our client in Peterhead who are seeking a Junior Product & Packaging Designer to join their innovative design team. This role is all about turning ideas into print-ready designs that bring our products to life, ensuring accuracy, consistency and brand alignment across global markets. You’ll play a key role in delivering packaging for new launches, existing lines and customer-specific projects. 

Please note proven design experience is essential for this role 

Key Responsibilities:

• Artwork packaging for quarterly new product launches in line with creative direction
• Update and adapt packaging for existing products when we reorder
• Produce print-ready files with strong attention to detail and brand guidelines
• Manage and maintain packaging files, ensuring accuracy and version control
• Liaise with suppliers to take designs through to approval and production
• Collaborate with internal teams including product development, purchasing and project management
• Support the delivery of bespoke packaging for customer-specific projects.

Essential Skills & Experience:

• 2+ years’ relevant design experience
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite
• Strong attention to detail with excellent organisation skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
• A collaborative team player with strong communication skills
• Proactive, reliable and willing to support teammates when needed.
