Our well established technology and communications client in Aberdeen are looking for a Sales Executive to join their growing team. The Sales Executive will be responsible for driving new business and growing existing customer relationships across all divisions. This role focuses on achieving personal sales targets, building strong client connections, and contributing to the overall sales strategy through consistent pipeline development and accurate reporting.
Hours of work: 35 hours per week (0900 - 1700 with 1 hour unpaid lunch break)

- Identify and pursue new business opportunities across network, IT, and security services.
- Develop and maintain a healthy sales pipeline, accurately forecasting revenue and margin.
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and presentations tailored to customer needs.
- Stay informed on industry trends and competitor activity to support effective sales conversations.
- Manage and grow existing customer accounts through proactive relationship building.
- Deliver personal sales targets for revenue and margin.
- Collaborate with the Marketing team to follow up on leads and ensure consistent messaging.
- Maintain accurate records in CRM and provide timely updates on pipeline and forecasts.
- Proven track record in technology sales or a related sector.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Demonstrated ability to manage a sales pipeline and close deals effectively.
- Experience using CRM and reporting tools.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and customer-focused.
- Knowledge of IT, cybersecurity, or connectivity solutions is preferred.
