Requirements:
- Must be a registered building inspector with a minimum of 5 years of experience in building inspection or a related field.

- Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify potential issues and provide practical solutions.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively liaise with various stakeholders.
- Proficient in using inspection software and tools for reporting and documentation.
