Lead Principal Building Regulations Consultant
Nationwide | Permanent, full-time| £75,000 - £90,000 per annum

We’re on the lookout for someone to lead and grow a nationwide consultancy team. You’ll be mentoring the team, managing complex, high-profile projects, and providing expert advice to clients, designers, and contractors from concept right through to completion.
What you’ll need:
Strong knowledge of UK Building Regulations
A solid understanding of the Building Safety Act (BSA) and how it’s applied in practice
Experience across commercial projects (RBI or consultancy background)
Exposure to high-risk buildings (HRBs)
Proven experience managing projects and/or leading teams
If you’ve already stepped into leadership, this is a great opportunity to level up. Or, if you’re a Class 3 Building Inspector thinking about a slight change in direction, this could be the perfect move.
