I’m working with an RBCA that’s opening a brand-new office in the Kent area and is looking for someone to head up and manage the local team and office.
They already have plenty of work in the region and existing RBIs on the ground, so opening a dedicated office is the natural next step.
No previous management experience? No problem. You’ll get full support and training directly from the MD, so if you’re an experienced RBI keen to move into a leadership role, I’d love to have a chat with you.
The RBCA also has some excellent contracts in place, with projects across 2F and 3G.
On offer:
Salary up to £85,000 (depending on experience)
23 days’ holiday plus a long Christmas shutdown
Bespoke car allowance up to £6k

Regular socials
Bonus based on output of work (not fees)
Early finish Fridays
