Registered Building Inspector
Chelmsford | Permanent, full-time| £50,000 - £75,000 per annum
I’m currently recruiting for multiple roles across London and the South East.
One of which is with a well‑established RBCA that prioritises minimising travel time for their inspectors. Each inspector is assigned a small, local patch, supported by a strong regional presence and a low staff turnover, ensuring you’re fully supported from day one.
This role is open to candidates from Class 2A and above, and offers home working when not on site.
What’s on offer:
Salary: £50,000–£75,000 (depending on experience and RBI status)
Car allowance: £3,600
Bonus: Up to 15%
