You’ll be joining forces with a small, young and growing practice with a serious focus on staff wellbeing and development. You’ll be supported and encouraged in your professional endeavours. Whether that’s achieving chartered status with the ICE, or taking a lead on project delivery and client development.
Career progression is important to you as an engineer, and these guys have an excellent track record of internal promotion (right up to Director/Partner), as well as having a pretty low staff turnover compared to other practices in the region.
