Head of Legal - Cambridge with hybrid working
Full time or part time (4 days)

Client
A cutting edge global healthcare organisation experiencing rapid international growth

Role

• Lead and develop the organisation's global legal team
• Oversee commercial agreements/contracts across the business
• Oversee legal risk management and compliance
• Oversee IP, privacy and data protection matters and disputes
• Manage the legal budget and external counsel as required

You

• 10+ years PQE with strong experience of commercial agreements and demonstrable leadership experience
• In house/mixed background with experience of supporting international expansion preferred
• Healthcare/pharmaceutical/medical/life science experience an advantage
• Pragmatic and commercially focused with excellent interpersonal skills
