Role

• Provide confident advocacy in Employment Tribunals, working closely with the firm's head of Advocacy
• Draft relevant documents, provide advice and handle preliminary and final hearings
• Assist in delivering training both in-house and to clients
• Opportunity to contribute to the development and strategy of the firm's advocacy and to make an impact in a dynamic, high-profile environment.

You

• Qualified barrister with 2-5 years post-call experience 
• Strong knowledge of employment law
• Ambitious, driven and with strong attention to detail
