Role

- Advise education sector clients on a wide range of commercial matters, drafting and negotiating international commercial agreements
- Play an active role in business development
- 6+ years PQE in commercial law
- Have strong technical competence, experience and legal knowledge in charity law
- Experience of/enthusiasm for acting for education sector clients
- Ability to deliver high quality and commercially focused advice
