Role

• Join a fast-growing team in a leading practice
• Work with clients from a cross-section of industries with a particular focus on the, education, technology and government sectors.
• Advise clients on a wide range of commercial matters, drafting and negotiating international commercial agreements
• Play an active role in business development

You

• 6+ years PQE in commercial law with good IP & IT law technical skills
• Experience of, or genuine and demonstrable enthusiasm for the education sector in particular
• Ability to manage lots of different matters whilst delivering high quality and commercially focused advice
