Corporate Solicitor - Ipswich with hybrid working
Client
An expanding team within a leading, full service, UK law firm
Role
- Advise on a broad range of corporate matters including mergers, acquisitions and disposals, including international transactions, as well as investments, joint ventures, restructurings, shareholder agreements and corporate governance, across various sectors
- Draft and review legal documentation and undertake due diligence
- Manage a caseload with supervision from senior lawyers where appropriate
- 3-6 years PQE with experience of corporate transactions
- Strong knowledge of company law
- Commercially aware, driven and with strong attention to detail
- Experience and/or knowledge of private equity, venture capital, capital markets and reorganisations is beneficial, but not a requirement.
