Commercial Property Solicitor - Bishop's Stortford with hybrid working
Client

Role
- Work on complex and high-quality commercial real estate matters
- Provide clients with high quality and proactive legal advice that meets their needs
- Managing files, drafting contracts, checking titles, preparing initial reports to clients on initial paperwork and documentation
- Applying for and reporting on local searches, index map searches and any other relevant searches
- Undertaking and confirming exchange of contracts and advising parties
- Support senior team members with client work
- Ideally 1+ years PQE in commercial property law
- Commercially astute and strategic thinker
- Flexible/hybrid working considered
