Senior Associate / Legal Director - Real Estate Enfranchisement - choice of office locations in East Anglia / Essex with hybrid working

Client
An expanding team within a leading full service UK law firm

Role

• Work across enfranchisement and leasehold residential property matters
• Act for both landlords and tenants including public bodies and social landlords
• The team covers both contentious and non-contentious matters so depending on your experience/interest, there is the option to deal with court/tribunal claims

You

• 6+ years PQE with strong experience of leasehold enfranchisement/residential real estate matters
• Ability to mentor junior team members
• Experience of contentious side of leasehold enfranchisement welcomed but not essential
• Established client base an advantage but not essential
