- Lead a team of Professional Support Lawyers within this top Employment practice
- Strategic role driving digital transformation and innovation across the legal support function
- Deliver training to clients and colleagues
- Qualified solicitor - either a senior PSL with relevant employment law experience or a senior Employment solicitor
- Immigration experience would be an advantage
