Client

• The matters undertaken by the corporate department at this firm are normally opposite a London and/or international firm
• This role will offer the post holder an exciting varied role where they will have access to top tier Corporate work
• There will be a greater opportunity to have more involvement on transactions and an increased level of client contact

Role

• Seeking a Corporate solicitor who can demonstrate commercial awareness
• Providing a quality, tailored and supportive legal service to a range of high net worth clients based locally, in London and further afield
• Responsible for managing a mixed caseload of M&A, reorganisations, shareholders agreements and PE/ VC
• Working in an encouraging environment and beautiful surroundings

You

• 2-4 PQE
• Passionate and enthusiastic
• Excellent client service skills
• Highly organised and able to prioritise effectively
