Senior Associate / Legal Director - Employment - Bristol with hybrid working

Role
- This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious senior lawyer to join a growing team with experience in all areas of contentious and non-contentious employment law matters
- Advising on a wide range of employment issues ranging from maternity rights to general contractual issues
- Drafting and reviewing employment policies ranging from performance, sickness and misconduct procedures to maternity and parental leave schemes
You
- 8+ years PQE with experience across a broad range of employment matters
- Strong existing connections and the ability and desire to build and develop a team
- Entrepreneurial, enthusiastic, ambitious and actively involved in business development activities
