- Support senior colleagues advising on more complex transactions
- Matters include investment transactions, acquisitions, disposals, joint ventures, and corporate restructurings
- Join a friendly Corporate/Commercial team, offering excellent career progression opportunities
- 0-2 years PQE in Corporate law
- Experience of supporting more senior fee earners with a wide range of corporate matters
- Motivated and ambitious
