Legal Counsel - Cambridgeshire

An international science and technology group
Role
- Drafting, reviewing and negotiating contracts/agreements
- Providing high quality and pragmatic legal guidance on a wide range of matters across areas such as IP, corporate, employment and real estate
- Wide commercial exposure across this growing business, working closely with an experienced legal team as day-to-day business partners across the group
- Ad hoc commercial and corporate projects across the group's UK businesses
- 2+ years PQE solicitor with a commercial background
- Experience of/an interest in working in the science/technology sector is an advantage, as is experience with service contracts
- Strong commercial acumen
- Proactive and adaptable to relevant legal developments and regulation changes across sectors and geographies
