Residential Property NQ+ Solicitor / Legal Executive / Licensed Conveyancer - Cambridge with hybrid working

Client
An ambitious full service leading UK law firm who have experienced growth over a number of years

Role

• Acting for a range of clients including individuals and limited companies on the purchase/financing of freehold/leasehold properties of varying complexity and value
• Working alongside and developing relationships with clients and brokers
• Acting on mainstream residential conveyancing to support the wider practice
• Playing an active role in business development

You

• NQ - 3 years PQE solicitor, legal executive or licensed conveyancer with experience in all aspects of residential conveyancing
• An aptitude for business development with the ability to actively market within the sector and to focus on growing new relationships.
• IT competency including Microsoft Office, time recording and case management software, digital dictation
