- Provide strategic advice across a broad range of employment law matters
- Represent clients in tribunals and other forums as appropriate
- Play an active role in business development and contribute to strategic growth initiatives
- Mentor and develop junior team members
- Highly experienced qualified solicitor, with a proven track record of advising on both contentious and non-contentious employment matters
