A fantastic opportunity for a candidate with workplace investigations experience to join a Tier 1 Legal 500 Employment Team
Employment Consultant - East Anglia / Essex with hybrid working - Full time/part time/zero hours
Client
A highly successful Employment Team seeing consistent and continuous growth within a full service, top UK law firm
Role
Working across a number of sectors including education, construction and public sector
Conducting and advising on workplace investigations
Analysing evidence and drafting comprehensive reports of findings
You
Ideally circa 6+ years PQE in Employment with an exceptional knowledge of the law and experience of complex workplace investigations at all levels of seniority OR
An experienced HR professional who has conducted high level investigations and has a sound understanding of employment law as well as good drafting skills.
Excellent communicator with highly effective interviewing skills and an ability to convey complex issues accessibly
Ability to tailor advice carefully to the client taking their particular business aims and considerations into account
