Role
An excellent opportunity for an ambitious junior Commercial Real Estate lawyer
Work on a wide range of Commercial Real Estate deals nationally and locally
Be supported to develop your knowledge and skills
Play an active role in business development activities
You
NQ - 2 years PQE gained within a strong regional, national or City firm with experience in some or all of the following real estate areas:
30 days holiday (FTE) plus Bank Holidays

NQ - 2 years PQE gained within a strong regional, national or City firm with experience in some or all of the following real estate areas:
- Commercial landlord and tenant work
- Investment and asset management
- General commercial property development
- Acting for banks and/or borrowers in secured lending matters
- Knowledge of providing property support as part of corporate transactions
