Family Solicitor - Colchester with hybrid working
Client
A Legal 500 recommended practice with ambitious plans for growth
Role
Provide clear, practical advice advice to a range of clients
Contribute to the team’s continued growth
Manage a varied caseload of family law matters including:
3+ Qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive with a strong knowledge in family law
A client-centered approach and excellent interpersonal skills
A proactive attitude towards business development
Ability to manage your own caseload with minimal supervision
Resolution membership and/or experience in mediation or collaborative law is desirable but not essential

- Private children matters
- Pre- and post-nuptial agreements
- Cohabitation disputes
- Domestic abuse cases
