Associate - Employment - Norwich with hybrid working

Client
A highly regarded and forward thinking national law firm

Role
Working mainly for employers in the commercial sector
Advising and supporting the full range of commercial employers from SME and mid market private sector businesses to large global organisations
Advising employers on both contentious and non-contentious employment matters
Engaging in business development activity to promote the firm's practice in Norwich
You will also act for regional employers in our education and government sectors

You
NQ -3 years PQE gained in a reputable firm with a substantive employment law practice
Self-starting, possessing common sense and initiative, and the ability to work as a team-player working on complex matters
Able to build very good relationships with clients, potential clients and multipliers
