Senior Associate - Employment - Norwich / Cambridge with hybrid working
Client
A highly regarded and forward thinking national law firm with an excellent client base and a Sunday Times 100 Best Company to work for.
Role
Working mainly for employers in the commercial sector this role involves working closely with an established team
Advising and supporting SME and mid-market private sector businesses local, regionally, nationally and internationally.
Advising employers on both contentious and non-contentious employment matters,
Engaging in business development activity to promote the firm's practice in Norwich.
You will also act for employers in our education and government sectors, as well as occasionally for employees.
You
4+ years' experience gained in a reputable firm with a substantive employment law practice.
Self-starting, possessing common sense and initiative, and the ability to work as a team-player working on complex matters.
Able to build very good relationships with clients, potential clients and multipliers,
Some previous experience of providing employment law support to corporate transactions, including drafting contracts, settlement agreements and undertaking due diligence is desirable
