Work with clients ranging from institutional clients, global businesses, SME's, start-ups and high-net-worth individuals.
Work on a range of employment matters to support client growth or expansion; from mergers and acquisitions, refinancing, TUPE transfers, large scale re-organisations, Employment Tribunal and High Court claims (including Board/founder disputes),
You
Senior 10+ years PQE lawyer to build your own offering from an existing book of business.
Experienced in working alongside early-stage and fast-growth businesses
Ability to lead and work well with others along with balanced judgment, common sense, initiative and the capacity to confront and resolve a variety of situations.
Have an entrepreneurial passion for fast growth markets
Proactive business development in evolving markets
