Solicitor – Commercial/ Contracts – Cambridge with hybrid working
Client
A dynamic team within a pioneering and expanding pharmaceutical company
Role
Working within the legal department, you will draft, review, advise, and support on contracts negotiations (including IP license agreements, manufacturing and supply agreements)
Advise internal stakeholders on law and assist with legal strategies for and related, new product launches
Support the development and implementation of polices and procedures
Assist with internal training for wider businesses on general legal matters including GDPR and Competition law
Some company secretarial duties
You
2+ PQE Solicitor with contract law experience
The ability to create and maintain strong working relationships across the organisation and with external partners
Work in a proactive manner, whether working autonomously or as part of a team
