Senior / Principle Associate - Corporate - Oxford with agile working.
Client
Major UK law firm and a Sunday Times "100 Best Companies to Work For" with ambitious plans for growth.
Role
You will enjoy undertaking a broad mix of corporate work including M&A, corporate finance, private equity and venture capital, fundraising, shareholder agreements and joint ventures, as well as general corporate advisory work.
You will advise clients ranging from start-ups and spinouts, through to substantial companies, management teams and institutions on a broad range of corporate issues and transactions. Much of your work will have an international aspect.

You
4+ years' qualified with experience gained in a City or regional firm.
A good background in transactional work and be able to demonstrate both working as part of a team on transactions, and/or managing transactions largely unsupervised.
You will also be able to demonstrate an understanding of, and an interest in, helping to grow a team and a practice.
Some familiarity with the Technology, Life Sciences, Education, Real Estate Investment and/or Family/Owner-Managed Business sectors
