Senior / Principle Associate - Restructuring & Insolvency - London with agile working.
Client
Major UK law firm and a Sunday Times "100 Best Companies to Work For" with ambitious plans for growth.
Role
Undertake predominantly non contentious work linked into the corporate, finance and real estate teams, amongst others, helping with advice to all stakeholders in distressed situations including lenders, investors, corporates, directors and individuals, in addition to acting for insolvency practitioners.
Clients include businesses from PLCs to start-ups, high net worth individuals and landowners, universities, colleges and education bodies and over many healthcare organisations.
You.
Someone who wants to develop their legal abilities and acumen in this field, and also wants to get into the market and help build the practice, dealing with top quality work under supervision.
Experience of running transactional and other work as the day-to-day fee earner and technically strong.
Evidence of understanding what is needed to help grow and develop a practice.
