Role
To provide practical and creative legal counsel, while assisting clients in complying with regulatory, statutory and other legal mandates.
Represent a broad range of clients in all aspects of commercial real estate transactions, including acquisitions and dispositions, leasing, real estate backed financings, development and related planning, environmental and construction issues.
Clients range from lenders, REITs, property developers and investment managers.
Sectors include Energy, Construction, Education, Healthcare / Life Sciences, Hospitality.
You
Senior 8+ PQE lawyer to build your own offering from an existing book of business.
Ability to lead and work well with others along with balanced judgment, common sense, initiative and the capacity to confront and resolve a variety of situations.
Have an entrepreneurial passion and deliver responsive representation.
