Senior Solicitor / Partner – Serious Injury – Cambridge with hybrid working
Client
A growing regional firm with an ambitious and supportive culture
Role
- Lead and develop the Personal Injury team's business plan
- Manage a full and varied caseload of serious and catastrophic injury work, comprising brain injury, amputation, serious orthopaedic injuries and fatal accident claims
- Develop a key role in generating new work for the team
- Mentor and develop a legal executive and solicitor
- 10+ years PQE
- Technically and commercially astute, excellent and dynamic relationship builder
- A strong reputation and leader in your field, with a following including good connections
- Experienced in a broad range of PI litigation cases, and have knowledge of catastrophic injury settlements
- Clinical Negligence practice alongside Personal Injury experience can be considered
