Solicitor - Property Litigation - Norwich with hybrid working available
Client
An ambitious and expanfing full service, UK Top 50 law firm.
Role
Join a growing team where you will benefit from a defined career path and progression.
Work alongside experts in their field gaining exposure to specialist sectors.
Enjoy stimulating work encompassing residential and commercial landlord and tenant; breach of contract; easement and covenants; overage and freehold title disputes including land registration and adverse possession.
The team also deal with several specialised dispute areas including leasehold enfranchisement and Building Safety Act / fire safety matters, which you will be involved in from an early stage.
You
NQ - 2 PQE
Ability to run and manage files under the supervision of senior members of the team
Confident to interact directly with clients and the ability to manage their expectations
Keen to undertake business development
