Senior Associate – Employment – Cambridge with Hybrid Working
A role with an interesting and varied caseload including employment tribunal litigation, advising commercial clients and working on the employment aspects of corporate transactions. Working for a leading national full-service law firm in their Cambridge office you will be working with two partners.
The role:
• Advise on a range of Employment issues across a breadth of sectors
• Develop and maintain knowledge on issues within Employment, working collaboratively with colleagues across the whole Employment team to share knowledge
• Develop opportunities for referral of work across the business and actively participate in business development opportunities
• Primarily conduct respondent work, but with the ability to cover senior exec work
• Manage a variety of caseloads including -Corporate Support; Drafting Contracts, Settlement Agreements; Restrictive Covenants
• All types of ET work (including some advocacy)
The Candidate:
• Excellent organisational capability
• Excellent attention to detail
• Proven ability to develop business
• Team player who can offer support and guidance to other team members
• Client service focussed with the ability to handle demanding stakeholders
